摘要
建立了火腿肠中4种合成色素的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品用聚酰胺吸附法提取,采用YWG-C 18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm),以甲醇-乙酸铵水溶液(pH为4,0.02 mol/L)作为流动相梯度洗脱,用紫外检测器检测,外标法峰面积定量。结果表明:4种人工合成色素线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.02~0.14 mg/kg,加标回收率为84.5%~99.0%,RSD为0.968%~7.912%,该方法快速、简便、准确度和精密度良好,可用于火腿肠中4种合成色素的检测。
A method for the determination of four synthetic pigments in ham sausage by high performance liquid chromatography is established.Samples are extracted by polyamide adsorption method.YWG-C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm)is used.Methanol-ammonium acetate aqueous solution(pH is 4,0.02 mol/L)is used as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The samples are detected by ultraviolet detector and quantified by external standard method.The results show that the linearity of the four synthetic pigments is good,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.99,the detection limit is 0.02~0.14 mg/kg,the recovery rate is 84.5%~99.0%and the RSD is 0.968%~7.912%.The method is rapid,simple,has good accuracy and precision,and could be used for the detection of four synthetic pigments in ham sausage.
