PVA-ECC梁剪切韧性试验研究

摘要 为研究聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)简支梁的剪切韧性,基于18根PVA-ECC梁受剪破坏试验结果,以剪切韧性指数为指标,对不同纤维掺量、剪跨比和配箍率下PVA-ECC梁的斜截面剪切韧性进行了研究与评价.试验结果表明:PVA纤维的掺入可有效改善梁的抗裂性,较好地提高梁的剪切韧性,当纤维掺量在0~2%范围内时,其值越高梁的剪切韧性越好;剪跨比的增大降低了梁的剪切韧性,当剪跨比为1.5左右时梁的斜截面抗裂性最优;配制箍筋可以提高梁的剪切韧性,当配箍率在0.18%~0.39%范围内时,随配箍率的增加,梁的剪切韧性提高。 Based on the testing results of shear failure from 18 pieces of PVA-ECC beams with different fiber content,ratio of shear span to effective depth and ratio of stirrup,the shear toughness of PVA-ECC beams are analyzed and evaluated.The results show,because of the addition of PVA fiber,the crack resistance and the shear toughness of beams is effectively improved,within(0~2)%of volume of PVA fiber,the larger volume of PVA fiber is,the better the shear toughness of beams is.With the increase of ratio of shear span to effective depth,the shear toughness of the beam becomes worse.When the ratio of shear span to effective depth is about 1.5,the crack resistance of beams is optimal.The shear toughness of beams also can be improved by stirrups,within(0.18~0.39)%of the ratio of stirrups,with the increase of that volue,the shear toughness of beams becomes better.
