摘要
风积砂研磨制备成风积砂石粉,将风积砂石粉替代相同质量的水泥(替代率为0,5%,10%,15%,20%)制备风积砂石粉水泥砂浆.研究风积砂石粉的比表面积、活性指数等指标以及风积砂石粉水泥砂浆的破坏形貌、抗压强度.结果表明:研磨30 min内,风积砂石粉的比表面积随研磨时间的增加而增大,且增加比较显著;研磨20 min的风积砂石粉具有一定的活性.风积砂石粉有助于提高水泥砂浆的早期强度,且最优替代率为5%~10%,当替代率大于10%,其强度下降比较明显。
Aeolian sand powder(AP)is prepared by aeolian sand grinding,replace cement(0、5%、10%、15%、20%)of the same quality to prepare aeolian sand powder cement mortar(APCM).Study on specific surface area and active index of AP,then to analyzed compression strength and failure characteristics of APCM.The results showed specific surface area of AP increases with the grinding time within 30 minutes,and increases significantly.AP has certain activity in grinding for 20 minutes.AP helps to improve the early strength of cement mortar,its replacement rate of 5%to 10%is appropriate.If replacement rate is greater than 10%,the strength drop will be very obvious.
