废弃玻璃粉在活性粉末混凝土中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 活性粉末混凝土(RPC)是一种具有超高强度、韧性及耐久性的新型高性能水泥基材料.由于RPC的水胶比很低,导致大量水泥不能得到充分水化,只是作为活性填充料使用.采用废弃玻璃粉部分取代水泥制备RPC,研究玻璃粉掺量和水胶比对RPC抗压强度和微结构的影响.研究结果表明:采用具有一定细度的废弃玻璃粉作为矿物掺合料替代部分水泥配制RPC,可提高RPC的强度;随着玻璃粉掺量的增加,RPC抗压强度提高,特别是玻璃粉掺量不超过20%时.玻璃粉在胶凝体系中发挥了较强的火山灰效应和填充效应,形成了较为稳定的水化硅酸钙等水化产物,进而改善浆体的微结构,提高RPC的强度。 Reactive powder concrete(RPC)is a new high performance cement-based material with ultra-high strength,toughness and durability.Due to the very low water-binder ratio of RPC,the large amount of cement cannot be fully hydrated and can be only used as the active filler.The waste glass powder was used to replace cement partly to prepare RPC,and the effect of the content of glass powder and water-binder ratio on the strength and microstructure of RPC was investigated.The results show that glass powder with a certain fineness can be used as mineral admixture to replace cement partly and to prepare RPC,which can improve the strength of RPC.The compressive strength of RPC improves with the increase of the glass powder content,especially when the content of glass powder is no more than 20%.Glass powder shows strong pozzolanic effect and filling effect in the matrix,which forms a relatively stable hydration products such as hydrated calcium silicate.In turn,the matrix microstructure enhances,and the strength of RPC improves.
