混凝土介质结构隐患震波扫描测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 混凝土介质在施工和使用过程中会出现不同类型的结构隐患,因此在后期维护中需要对其进行高精度检测.常规的测试技术包括地震波和雷达等测试方法,其中地震波法较雷达测试方法抗干扰能力强,评价参数多样,但其现场数据采集方式单一,一发一收,换点移动,探测工效低,不满足开展长测线、大面积探测技术的需求.依据反射勘探技术原理,采用拟雷达采集方式进行震波数据连续采集,获得震波测试剖面.通过分析震波波速、频率及波幅等特征属性参数的变化进行混凝土介质异常位置的识别与特征判定.数值模拟及现场探测实践表明,震波扫描测试方法对混凝土体结构隐患具有良好的探查效果,所提供的异常位置相对准确,可进行大范围工程巡查检测。 The different type structure hidden danger in the medium of concrete could appear during the pressing of construct and using,so the high precision detection should be done at a later stage of maintaining.The conventional detecting technology includes two kinds of methods,namely,seismic wave and electromagnetism method.Among the seismic wave method has strong capacity of resisting disturbance according to the radar test method,and its evaluation parameters have diversity.But the seismic wave method is not satisfied with the need of long surveying lines and large area test because of its low work efficiency of data collecting on spot.The testing way by seismic wave is singularity through one shot and one receiving,then moving and changing survey point.According to the reflection exploration technical principle,the data collecting way of the imitating radar is adopted to realize data consecutive collection of seismic wave,and obtaining the continuous seismic wave profile.Through analyzing the change of the characteristic attribute parameters of seismic wave,such as wave velocity,frequency and amplitude,and so on,the abnormal locations in the medium of concrete can be indentified and the characteristic can be predicated.The numerical simulation and field exploration practice indicates that the scanning test method of seismic wave has good application effect for structure hidden danger in the medium of concrete,and the predicating abnormal locations are accuracy relatively.It is suitable for the surveillance tests of large areas project.
