摘要
论文通过调查“985”工程高校图书馆座位管理系统情况,发现越来越多的高校图书馆引入了微信小程序座位管理系统,实践也印证了微信小程序座位管理系统确实受到读者欢迎。本研究是将社会化软件与图书馆读者服务结合的一次实践,为图书馆引进更多社会化软件提高读者服务质量提供了参考。
By investigating and analyzing the status quo of seat management system in“985”project university libraries,this paper finds that more and more university libraries have introduced small program based seat management system.Practice also confirms that WeChat small program based seat management system is really welcomed by readers.This study is a practice of integrating social software with library reader service,which provides a reference for library to introduce more social software to improve reader service quality.
