304不锈钢表面多弧离子镀TiN膜层的抗锡腐蚀性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用多弧离子镀技术在304不锈钢表面制备了光滑而致密的TiN膜层,分别利用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪对其表面形貌及物相进行表征。考察了TiN膜层的表面抗锡粘附性能和耐锡腐蚀性能。结果表明:1.6 Pa的氮气分压下制备的TiN膜层表面缺陷最少。在与熔融态锡接触时,TiN膜层可以大幅降低不锈钢基体表面的粘锡量,阻隔熔融态锡进入基体内部,提高了材料的抗锡腐蚀性能。 Some smooth and compact TiN coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrates by multi-arc ion plating.Their surface morphologies and phase constitution were analyzed by using metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The tin adhesion and tin corrosion resistance of TiN coating surface were examined.The results show that the surface defects of TiN coating prepared under the partial pressure of nitrogen of 1.6 Pa are the least.When in contact with molten tin,the TiN coating reduces the amount of tin adhering to the stainless steel surface and prevents the molten tin from entering the interior of the substrate,thereby improving the corrosion resistance of the material.
