文章通过对美国高校图书馆智库馆员服务的调查,分析“智库馆员”这一职业角色在图书馆服务智库过程中的重要性;提取智库馆员需具备的服务能力要素:图书馆基础业务能力、智库服务能力、科研能力;讨论智库馆员潜在的职业发展路径:基础馆员-智库业务专员-智库专家。对我国高校图书馆开展智库馆员服务提出建议:优化智库馆员服务的顶层设计,加强智库馆员服务的普及,提升智库馆员的综合能力。

This paper makes an investigation of the services of US think tank librarians,and makes an analysis of the role of think tank librarians in library service.It summarizes the qualifications for think tank librarians,especially the ability to provide basic library services,the ability to provide services for think tanks,and the ability to carry out scientific researches.It also discusses the potential career path for think tank librarians,i.e.,common librarian-think tank librarian-think tank experts.In the end,some suggestions are put forward for the development of think tank librarians’service in Chinese universities,such as the optimization of its top-level design,the popularization of think tank librarians’service,and the improvement of think tank librarians’comprehensive ability.
