摘要
认知功能障碍是血液透析患者最常见、最容易忽略的症状,严重影响了患者的生活质量。全文就认知功能障碍的概念、测量工具、影响因素、干预措施进行总结,希望可以为以后的研究提供参考。
Cognitive dysfunction is the most common and most easily overlooked symptom in hemodialysis patients,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This paper summarizes the concept of cognitive dysfunction,measurement tools,influencing factors and intervention measures to hope it can provide reference for future research.
