摘要
以聚丙二醇和3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料合成了硅烷改性聚醚(MS)聚合物,并考察了反应温度、NCO与OH的量之比、催化剂用量等对硅烷改性聚醚合成反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为90℃、n(NCO)∶n(OH)=1. 2∶1、催化剂质量分数为0. 1%条件下,仅需3 h即可完成反应,且聚合物具有较好的贮存稳定性。采用自制的聚合物制得的MS胶硬度和强度较高,质量损失率低,粘接广泛,具有安全环保、耐水性好等优势,可用于家装厨卫、瓷砖填缝。
Silane modified polyether( MS) polymer was synthesized from polypropylene glycol and 3-isocyanate propyl trimethoxysilane by adjusting the temperature,ratio of the raw materials,and the content of catalyst. Results showed that under the temperature of 90℃,n( NCO) ∶n( OH) = 1. 2 ∶1,and catalyst of0. 1 wt%,the reaction could be finished in 3 h. Thus the polymer owns good storage stability. The MS sealant prepared by self-made polymer has high hardness and strength,low mass loss rate,good adhesion and water resistance,which was good for environmental protection in home decoration.
