大型露天矿爆破规模数学模型优化

摘要 爆破规模是露天矿主要经济指标之一。爆破规模过小,采场爆破频繁,不利于生产组织。爆破规模过大,爆堆积压流动资金,造成成本浪费。爆破规模一般根据电铲生产能力确定,运用存贮论,建立采场爆破规模整数规划数学模型,定量计算了该大型露天矿的最优爆破规模。 Blasting scale is one of the main economic indexes of open-pit mine.Blasting scale is too small and stope blasting is frequent,which is not conducive to production organization,the large scale of blasting results in the waste of cost due to the accumulation of liquidity under the pressure of blasting.Blasting scale is generally determined according to shovel production capacity,in this paper,the integer programming mathematical model of stope blasting scale is established by using the storage theory,and the optimal blasting scale of the large open-pit mine is calculated quantitatively.
