摘要
根据矿山的工程地质、开拓系统布置现状、结合现有的救援装备水平,提出应急救援基本元概念。依据救援基本元对金属非金属矿山生产安全事故及救援进度进行情景化优化,在预案中明确救援基本元的数值,使生产安全事故应急预案内容延伸到救援方案阶段,直接为现场指挥部制定具体的救援方案提供基础数据支撑;同时通过演练修正救援基本元数值,为目前金属非金属矿山生产安全事故应急预案编写提供优化思路。
According to the present situation of engineering geology and development system layout,combined with the existing level of rescue equipment,the basic element concept of emergency rescue is put forward.According to the basic element of rescue,the situation of metal and nonmetal mines production safety accidents and rescue progress are optimized,and the value of the basic element of rescue is clearly defined in the plan,so that the contents of the emergency plan for production safety accidents can be extended to the rescue plan stage.It provides basic data support for the field headquarters to formulate a specific rescue plan directly,at the same time,the basic element value of the rescue is corrected through the exercise,which provides an optimal idea for the preparation of the emergency plan for production safety accidents in metal and nonmetal mines.
