摘要
缅甸莱比塘铜矿于2016年引进GPS生产调度管理系统,在实施过程中根据现场生产管理特点进行了大量客户化、创新性的开发,引入了图表管理、炮区管理、生产看板等多个功能模块及先进的管理理念,系统达到了国内一流、国际先进的水平,实现了设备效率和生产管理水平提高的项目预期。对莱比塘铜矿GPS生产调度管理系统的架构、功能、及应用效果进行分析。
The Letpadaung copper mine in myanmar has introduced the GPS production scheduling management system in 2016,during the project implementation,a large number of customized and innovative software developments were carried out according to the special requirements of on-site production management,several functional modules such as chart management,blast area management and production dashboard and advanced management concepts were introduced.The system has reached the domestic first-class,the international advanced level,has realized the equipment efficiency and the production management level enhancement project anticipation.This article analyzes the system structure,function and application effect of GPS dispatch and management system of Letpadaung copper mine.
