In order to realize flexible production and cope with the fluctuation of mineral products market and the impact of climate on open-pit operations,open-pit mining outsourcing production methods are being used more and more widely.combined with on the practice of outsourcing production,this paper summarizes several common methods of outsourcing production,analyzes the dangerous tendency and risk control in the process of outsourcing production,strengthens the subject responsibility of production safety,and improves the ability of supervision and management of outsourcing production.
