With the continuous development of society,the continuous improvement of information technology level,the popularization of information technology in the whole society and the development of information technology in the archives industry,information technology brings convenience to archives management,but also puts forward higher requirements for all aspects of quality and ability of archives personnel.This paper will expound the necessity,importance and difficulty of training archival personnel under the background of informatization,and explore specific measures to train archival personnel,so as to better promote the development of archival work.
