嵌入式助航灯具清洗机构控制系统设计

摘要 针对机场嵌入式助航灯具发光口自动清洗的需求,对嵌入式助航灯具清洗机构控制系统的方案进行设计;在控制系统需求分析的基础上,选用模块化设计方法,分别设计了以LM629微型控制器为核心的末端运动控制模块、以STM32F405RG为控制器的清洗控制单元模块、以工业相机为传感器的视觉检测模块;根据控制系统软件设计流程,实现清洗机构控制系统软件。实验结果表明:设计的嵌入式助航灯具清洗机构控制系统可实现灯具自动清洗,验证了控制系统的有效性与合理性,该系统具有良好的可维护性和可移植性,具有较好的工程应用推广价值。 In order to meet the requirement of automatic cleaning of the light-emitting port of the airport embedded navigation lights,the scheme of the control system of embedded navigation lighting cleaning mechanism is designed.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the control system,the modular design method is adopted to design the end motion control module with the LM629 microcontroller as the core,the cleaning control unit module with STM32 F405 RG as the controller,and the visual inspection module with industrial camera as the sensor.According to the software design flow of the control system,the software modules of the cleaning mechanism control system are realized.The experimental results show that the designed control system of embedded navigation lighting cleaning mechanism can realize the automatic cleaning of the lamps,which proves the effectiveness and rationality of the control system that has great popularization value of engineering application because of its good maintainability and portability.
