超声影像检查技术在妇产科急腹症临床诊断的应用

Application of Ultrasound Imaging Technique in Clinical Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:分析超声影像检查技术在妇产科急腹症临床诊断的应用。方法:选取时间段2018年6月-2019年1月,以同期收治的妇产科急腹症患者62例为对象,随机将其分为参照组(经腹部超声检查)和观察组(经阴道超声检查),病理诊断为金标准。比较两组的诊断准确率。结果:参照组诊断准确率74.19%,观察组诊断准确率93.55%,两组比较数据差异P<0.05。结论:在妇产科急腹症临床诊断中采用经阴道影像检查技术诊断准确率高,为后期临床诊疗提供依据。

Objective:To analyze the application of ultrasound imaging technique in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 62 patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology were enrolled in the same period from June 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into reference group(transabdominal ultrasound examination)and observation group(transvaginal ultrasound examination),pathological diagnosis is the gold standard.The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the reference group was 74.19%,and the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 93.55%.The difference between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal imaging technique in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology is high,which provides a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
