摘要
运用数据汇聚与挖掘技术,全面提升医院门诊管理水平,落实精细化管理。通过医院运营数据中心ODR的建设,汇聚了门诊运营管理的相关数据,通过数据清洗、重构和分析,集成了门诊监控管理视图。系统实现了门诊监控、人员及资产管理、统计分析、查询展示、消息推送等功能,辅助院领导及管理部门进行决策,可提升门诊管理的能力和效果,提高患者就医满意度。
To improve the management of outpatient clinics and implement lean management with data aggregation and data mining technologies,the outpatient operational data were aggregated in operational data repository(ODR).An outpatient panoramic monitoring and management information system was developed through data cleaning,modeling and analysis.The system provides the functions of outpatient monitoring,personnel and asset management,statistical analysis,query and display,and message pushing,helping the hospital managerial team to make decisions.The system has enhanced the ability and effect of outpatient management and improved patient satisfaction.
