喉镜下声门暴露困难相关因素研究进展

Advance in risk factors of difficult laryngeal exposure with laryngoscopy

本文对声门暴露困难的定义和判断标准进行了简要回顾,重点从体位、患者自身解剖、喉镜类型和尺寸、药物使用、操作技术与操作环境五大方面对国内外影响喉镜下声门暴露的相关因素进行总结,旨在提高医务人员对声门暴露困难的认识以及为其预防和干预措施提供相应资料和参考依据。

In this paper,the definition and judgment criteria of difficult laryngeal exposure are briefly reviewed,and the relevant risk factors affecting difficult laryngeal exposure with laryngoscopy at home and abroad are summarized from the five aspects of position,patient's personal anatomy,type and size of laryngoscope,drug use,operation technique and operation environment,so as to raise the awareness of medical staff about difficult laryngeal exposure and provide corresponding information and reference for its prevention and intervention measures.
