基于BIM某银行信息技术研发基地绿建认证的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection of Green Building Certification based on BIM for a Bank Information Technology Research and Development Center

绿色建筑是我国建筑发展方向,BIM是其使能工具。本文基于某银行信息技术研发基地绿建认证过程中,BIM在建立管理系统、制订实施总控表、性能分析、碰撞检查、能耗模拟、绿化模拟、材料管控、后期运维等方面的实践应用,试图构建BIM支持绿建工作的方法体系,并对现实问题做了梳理和思考。

Green building is the direction of building development in China,BIM is its enabling tool.This paper is based on the green construction certification process of a bank's information technology research and development base.Practical application of BIM in establishing management system,formulating and implementing master control table,performance analysis,collision inspection,energy consumption simulation,greening simulation,material control,late operation and maintenance,etc.,Trying to construct the method system of BIM supporting green construction work,It also combs and ponders on the practical problems.
