摘要
近些年,随着建筑工业化、信息化的飞速发展,BIM技术与装配式建筑的紧密结合应用也越来越受到广泛关注。本文以某校园建筑为例进行研究,利用BIM技术强大的虚拟建造功能,解决了现场进度安排、实际施工中的构件碰撞、工人可视化交底等多方面问题,并且结合三维数字化建造平台的强大集成功能,总结BIM技术在装配式校园施工阶段的应用成果,为后续类似工程提供可借鉴的数据支撑及切实可行的实施方案。
With the rapid development of building industrialization and informationalization in recent years,the close combination of BIM technology and assembly building application has received more and more attention.Taking a campus building as an example,this paper uses the powerful virtual construction function of BIM technology to solve many problems,such as site schedule,component collision in actual construction,worker visualization and so on.Combining with the powerful integration function of three-dimensional digital construction platform,it summarizes the application results of BIM technology in the construction stage of assembly campus,which can provide data support and feasible implementation plan for the follow-up similar projects.
