Research on the “Cookware”Culture of the Tang Dynasty

唐代的“炊具”文化韵致独特,包蕴丰厚,积淀着深厚的农耕传统文化理念,具有很强的阐释空间与考证意义。文章对唐人作品中经常出现的几种炊具鼎、镬、鬲、锅、甑进行了全面考释,深入阐释其时代源起、发展演变,形制特征、操作功用等内容。

The unique“cookware”culture of the Tang Dynasty,which contains a rich and profound traditional farming culture concept,has strong research significance and leaves much room for interpretation.This paper conducts a comprehensive study on several common kinds of cookware of the Tang Dynasty,namely Ding,Huo,Li,Guo and Zeng from the perspectives of origin,development and evolution,shape characteristics and operational functions.
