摘要
针对消费者在外就餐愈加关注营养健康的需求现状,文章通过对餐饮企业富铁营养菜点设计的探析,从富铁营养菜点的概念、设计原则、设计实例与分析、设计意义等方面进行分析,为餐饮企业设计富铁营养菜点提供了理论依据,同时为餐饮企业更有针对性地满足市场需求提供借鉴。
In view of the increasing concern of consumers for nutrition and health in dining out,this paper conducts an analysis of the design of iron-rich nutritious dishes in catering enterprises from the aspects of definition,principles,case study and significance.The study serves to provide a theoretical basis for catering enterprises in their design iron-rich nutritious dishes,and at the same time offer reference in their effort to meet market demand in a more targeted way.
