休闲渔业游客主观满意度测评理论模型、方法与实证——以大连獐子岛为例

The Theoretical Model,Method and Empirical Evidence of Subjective Satisfaction Assessment of Leisure Fishery Tourists——Taking Dalian Zhangzi Island as an Examphe

探索科学有效的休闲渔业满意度测评方法体系是我国休闲渔业可持续发展的前提条件。文章基于TSA的公共品价值评价理论,对休闲渔业旅游地游客主观满意度的可比性和可靠性进行论证,构造出我国休闲渔业游客主观满意度评价模型,运用因子分析法和改进的IPA分析法对大连獐子岛休闲渔业景区的游客满意度进行评价实证,测算出游客对我国现阶段休闲渔业的主观需求期望和我国休闲渔业未来的发展方向。实证表明,应用本文构建的休闲渔业游客主观满意度测评模型能够合理地提出休闲渔业景区产品和服务的改进方法和管理策略,更有针对性地指导我国休闲渔业提质增效。

It is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of China s leisure fishery to explore a scientific evaluation system of leisure fishery satisfaction.Based on the theory of public goods value evaluation of the TSA,this paper analyzes the comparability and reliability of the satisfaction of tourists to leisure fishery tourism destinations,and constructs our country’s leisure fishery visitors’subjective satisfaction evaluation model.On the basis of this model,factor analysis and improved IPA analysis are employed to conduct a case analysis of Dalian Zhangzi Island in order to establish the subjective demand of leisure fishery expectations and the future development direction of the leisure fishery.The empirical results show that the subjective satisfaction evaluation model of leisure fishery tourists constructed in this paper can effectively put forward the improvement methods and management strategies of products and services of leisure fishery scenic spots,and guide the improvement of quality and efficiency of leisure fishery in China.
