杭州市生活垃圾二级分类模式研究

Study on Two-level Classification Mode of Domestic Waste in Hangzhou City

目前,杭州市城市生活垃圾分类存在共识尚未形成、垃圾分类模式欠合理、垃圾分类处理设施能力不足、垃圾处理技术尚待突破等现状问题。结合中国垃圾特点及发达国家垃圾处理经验,提出了坚持“干湿分开”、实施“二次分拣”、推进“互联网+回收”等实现垃圾减量化、资源化的思路与建议。

In view of the current problems in Hangzhou city,such as the lack of consensus on municipal solid waste classification,unreasonable waste classification mode,inadequate capacity of waste classification and treatment facilities,and the need for breakthroughs in waste treatment technology,etc.,according to the characteristics of garbage in China and the experience of garbage disposal in developed countries,the paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions on realizing waste reduction and resource utilization,such as insisting on"the separation of dry and wet garbage",implementing"two-level sorting",and promoting"internet+recovery".
