摘要
厌氧消化处理工艺作为当前主流的餐厨垃圾处理工艺,主要分为前端预处理分选、中端厌氧消化产沼、后端沼气资源化利用3个阶段。以某中试工程为载体,从工艺流程入手,对预处理分选工艺的固液分离、水解及提油环节,厌氧消化工艺的中高温厌氧消化工艺的比较以及厌氧稳定运营参数控制作了详细分析。结果表明:中温厌氧消化应用技术成熟、节能环保,且运行的可控制和稳定性良好;在厌氧罐进水17 m^3/d,设计容积负荷4 kg/(m^3·d),水力停留时间28 d左右,厌氧罐内pH值保持7.1~7.5,VFA维持在3 000 mg/L以下的工艺指标下,厌氧生物降解率大于85%,甲烷产率为0.3 m^3/kg。
As the current mainstream kitchen waste treatment process,anaerobic digestion treatment process is mainly divided into three stages:front-end pretreatment sorting,middle-end anaerobic digestion and marsh,and back-end bio-gas resource utilization.Taking a pilot project as a carrier,starting from the process flow,comparing the solid-liquid separation,hydrolysis and oil extraction of the pretreatment separation process,the middle and high temperature anaerobic digestion process of anaerobic digestion process and the control of anaerobic stable operation parameters a detailed analysis was made.The results show that the medium temperature anaerobic digestion technology is mature,energy-saving and environmentally friendly,and the control and stability of the operation are better;the water in the anaerobic tank is 17 m^3/d,the design volume load is 4 kg/(m^3·d),and the hydraulic retention under the condition of 28 days,the pH value of anaerobic tank is maintained at 7.1~7.5,and the VFA is maintained below 3 000 mg/L,the anaerobic biodegradation rate is greater than 85%,and the methane yield is 0.3 m^3/kg.
