风冷冰箱旁通双循环系统冷量耦合优化研究

摘要 本文针对旁通双循环系统风冷冰箱的制冷系统和风道系统冷量耦合进行研究,通过理论分析并实验验证,结果表明:针对耗电量测试状态,冷藏冷冻同时制冷时,调节冷藏风量,削弱减轻冷冻间室负荷量,保证冷冻蒸发器与冷冻间室有一定的温差,可提高此类制冷系统制冷循环效率。 This article is starting with refrigeration system and air duct system to discuss about Cooling Coupling for Bypass two-circuit Cycle.Theoretical analysis and experiments show that:according to the state of power consumption test,when refrigerating and freezing at the same time,the refrigerating air volume is adjusted,the load of the freezing compartment is weakened,and the temperature difference between the freezing evaporator and the freezing compartment is ensured,which can improve the refrigeration cycle efficiency of such a refrigeration system.
