摘要
冰箱门体的结构多是依靠经验进行设计,在门体发泡、高低温试验中经常会出现门体饰条开裂、变形等现象,需要经过多次设计与试验验证,造成设计成本高、周期长等问题。通过有限元仿真的方法,在冰箱门体设计过程中进行热应力分析,模拟门体发泡、高低温试验温度场,可以有效减少门体设计过程中的缺陷,降低设计成本、缩减设计周期。
The structure of the refrigerator door is mostly designed by experience.In the door foaming,high and low temperature test,the cracking and deformation of the door trim strip often occur,which requires multiple design and test verification,resulting in high design cost and cycle.Long wait questions.Through the finite element simulation method,the thermal stress analysis is carried out in the design process of the refrigerator door,and the temperature field of the door foaming and high and low temperature test is simulated,which can effectively reduce the defects in the door design process,reduce the design cost and reduce the design cycle.
