摘要
本文对某上冻下藏冰箱进行整机流场CFD仿真,分析间室内部流场分布,结合实验测试数据找出冰箱性能存在问题的症结原因,在此基础上对冷藏风道系统进行仿真设计优化改进,以期望通过风道改进解决冰箱性能问题,通过后期实验测试显示,优化方案的实验结果性能有明显改进,实验结果符合仿真设计趋势,为冰箱的性能优化提供了参考。
In this paper,the CFD simulation of the whole machine flow field in Top Mount Fridges is carried out,and the flow field distribution inside the room is analyzed.The experimental data is used to find out the cause of the problem of the refrigerator performance.On this basis,the simulation design optimization of the refrigerating air duct system is carried out.In order to improve the performance of the refrigerator through the improvement of the air duct,through the post-experimental test,the performance of the experimental results of the optimization scheme is obviously improved,and the experimental results are in line with the simulation design trend,which provides a reference for the performance optimization of the refrigerator.
