旋塞阀气密性研究

摘要 市场上燃气具旋塞阀体、阀芯一般采用研磨匹配形式制造,生产效率低、不良率高、气密性能低、使用寿命短、造价成本昂高、废水排放多。通过对旋塞阀阀芯、阀体采取不研磨技术,提高了旋塞阀体、阀芯的锥面加工工艺精度及解决装配偏差。本文总结规律并筛选一个优质方案,对燃气具进行合理的气密性能升级,使得产品达到最佳的气密性能效果,同时提高生产的效率,成本更有优势。 On the market,the valve body and valve core of the gas stoves are generally manufactured in the form of grinding matching.The production efficiency is low,the bad rate is high,the air-density performance is low,the service life is short,the cost is high,and the wastewater discharge is many.It will improve the machining precision of cone surface and assembly deviation by adopting non-grinding technology to the valve core and body.This paper summarizes the laws and selects a high quality scheme to upgrade the air-tight performance of the gas stoves,so that the product achieves the best air-tight performance effect.At the same time,it will improve the efficiency of production and reduce the cost.
