摘要
[目的]通过相关概念比较,了解姑息护理演变历程,阐明现代含义。[方法]系统检索中国知网、万方、PubMed、CINAHL和PsycINFO数据库,以Rorgers演化概念分析法为理论框架分析讨论。[结果]姑息护理主要具有以下5个属性:①动态、积极的整体护理;②尊重病人自主权;③视病人和家属为统一照护单位;④跨学科团队方法应用于不同场所;⑤有效沟通。[结论]姑息护理人群不局限于癌症晚期,倡导对慢性病以及其他严重影响生命质量疾病的病人早期实施姑息护理,结局除了“死亡”,还有以减轻痛苦、改善生活质量为目标的生存。
Objective:To understand the evolution of palliative care through the comparison of relevant concepts,and clarify the modern meaning.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,CINAHL and PsycINFO databases were searched systematically,and Rorgers evolutionary concept analysis was used as the theoretical framework for making analysis and discussion.Results:Palliative care had the following five attributes:①dynamic,positive overall nursing;②respect patients,autonomy;③treat patient and family as a unified care unit;④interdisciplinary team method applied in different places;⑤communicate effectively.Conclusions:Palliative care's population was not limited to the advanced stage of cancer.It is advocated to early implementation on patients with chronic diseases and other diseases that seriously affect their quality of life.In addition to"death",the outcome is survival with the goal of alleviating pain and improving the quality of life.
