摘要
针对某汽轮机低压模块通流,综合运用二维平面无黏流计算方法和全三维CFD计算方法进行叶型优化设计。优化后的叶型损失更小,结合弯扭叶片成型,有效地控制了二次流损失,使得汽轮机低压通流整体的经济性有较大提升。
Aiming at the flow passage of a low pressure module of a steam turbine,the two-dimensional plane inviscid flow calculation method and the full three-dimensional CFD calculation method are used to optimize the blade profile.The optimized blade profile loss is smaller,combined with the bending and twisting blade forming,the secondary flow loss is effectively controlled,and the overall economy of low-pressure flow of steam turbine is greatly improved.
