摘要 开展了18.6g标准破片以规定速度撞击不同壳体厚度带壳装药的试验,通过高速摄影系统记录了装药响应过程,分析了不同壳体厚度影响装药响应的主控机制。分析结果表明:壳体厚度为5mm时装药发生了爆轰,该条件下装药响应以冲击起爆为主;壳体厚度为16mm时装药发生了局部爆燃,装药响应是在冲击波、碎片群的耦合作用下发生的,冲击波的主要作用是将装药离散为若干药块,碎片群对装药的机械刺激是导致装药发生点火的主控机制。 Experiment of standard fragment stroke shelled charge under different thickness cover,with specific velocity,was conducted,and response process of the charge was recorded by high speed camera,and main factor of influence on response of charge under different thickness of cover,was analyzed.Results show that,under 5millmeter thickness of the cover,the charge was detonated,main reason of the response is shock wave;partial deflagration occurred under condition of 16millmeter thickness of the cover,coupling effect of shock wave and fragment group is the main reason result in reacting of the charge,and role of shock wave is broking charge into several little charge,and mechanical stimulus of the fragment group is main reason leads to ignition of the charge.
