摘要
将本体技术引入装备质量监督领域,通过改进基于质量环的领域本体建模策略,提出一种基于核心本体循环扩展的装备质量监督领域本体建模策略,描述了该建模策略的基本步骤。以生产过程质量监督子本体中的检验验收类为例,利用protégé软件实现了该模块的建模和检测;其次,分别从本体建模基础能力和本体评价标准两个角度出发,对上述两种建模策略进行对比分析,验证了基于核心本体循环扩展的装备质量监督领域本体建模策略的可行性和优越性,为后续开发装备质量监督领域知识库奠定了理论基础。
This paper introduced ontology technology into the field of quality surveillance of equipment,proposed an ontology modeling strategy based on core ontology cyclic extension for quality surveillance of equipment domain,and described the basic process of this method by improving the domain ontology modeling method based on quality circle.Taking the inspection and acceptance class in the sub-ontology of quality surveillance of production process of equipment as an example,the model and test of the module were realized by protégésoftware,then had contrastive analysis two modeling strategy mentioned above from two angles which is the basic capability of ontology modeling and ontology evaluation standard,thus the feasibility and advantage of ontology modeling strategy in the field of quality surveillance of equipment based on core ontology cyclic expansion was verified.It laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent development of the knowledge base of quality surveillance of equipment.
