摘要
针对小口径弹药销毁过程中遇到的数量多、易飞散等问题,提出采用线型聚能切割器进行批量销毁。在线型聚能切割器破甲能力试验的基础上,借助有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与试验吻合较好。采用正交试验的方法对线型切割器结构参数进行优化设计,并根据Held引爆理论确定了优化指标为u 2d,得到了最优方案2α=80°、λ=13.5 mm、δ=1.4 mm,为线型聚能切割器改进设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem that small diameter ammunition was easy to disperse and often appears in large amount in destruction process,the linear shaped charge cutter was used for mass destruction.On the basis of the static penetration ability experiment of the prototype,the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used for numerical simulation and the simulation results agreed well with the experiment.The structural parameters of linear shaped charge cutter were optimized by orthogonal test.According to the Held detonation theory,the optimization index was determined as u 2d and the optimal solution was obtained as 2α=80°andλ=13.5 mm andδ=1.4 mm.The results provide references for improving the design of linear shaped charge cutter.
