摘要
为了准确测量Zr基非晶合金的燃烧热,评估其化学潜能,采用氧弹量热法,研究了不同材质坩埚、助燃剂种类和添加量、充氧压力对Zr基非晶合金燃烧热测试结果的影响,确定了最佳的测试实验条件:钨坩埚铺垫酸洗石棉,方片60标准药助燃剂,质量比1∶1,氧气压力2.0 MPa;XRD显示燃烧产物的成分主要为ZrO2,以及少量的CuO、Cu2O和Al2O3。
In order to accurately measure the combustion heat of Zr-based amorphous alloys and evaluate its chemical potential,the oxygen bomb calorimetry method was used to study the influence of test conditions such as the crucible materials,combustion adjuvants and oxygen pressure.The best experimental conditions was determined:tungsten crucible padded pickled asbestos,square piece 60 standard drug as combustion adjuvant,mass ratio 1∶1,oxygen pressure 2.0 MPa.XRD shows that the composition of the combustion products is mainly ZrO2,and a small amount of CuO,Cu2O and Al2O3.
