考虑加工细节的局部无焊孔梁柱节点断裂性能

摘要 国内外对局部无焊孔的钢结构梁柱节点早有应用.梁柱连接部位,由于受到加工工艺影响容易产生人为缺陷.为了探索对局部无焊孔节点的断裂性能影响不大的允许缺陷,围绕无焊孔工法的加工细节提出存在些许缺陷的节点模型,通过焊接模拟和拟静力分析来比较含有不同加工细节的局部无焊孔节点的断裂性能.结果表明:简化衬板加工细节的节点断裂性能与标准工艺下的局部无焊孔节点断裂性能相当,因此钢衬板端部圆弧允许偏差存在;在凹坑处放置“楔块”的加工细节能有效地减小开裂指数,也便于实际操作.两种加工细节方案均具有应用价值. The steel beam-column joints with local non-scallop method have long been used both at home and abroad.Some artificial defects are easily caused in beam-column joints affected by processing technology.In order to explore the allowable defects which have little influence on the fracture properties of the local non-scallop joints,in this paper,the fracture properties of local non-scallop joints with different processing details are compared through the welding simulation and quasi-static analysis,and the joint models with some defects are proposed in consideration of the processing details of non-scallop method.The results show that the fracture properties of the joints with simplified processing details of backing plate is almost equivalent to that of the local non-scallop joints under the standard processing technology;therefore,a little deviation is allowed at the arc part of steel backing plate end.The processing details of placing“wedge”in the pit can effectively reduce the rupture index and be easy to operate in practice.Therefore,both projects of processing details have application value.
