传统村落群保护发展策略初探

A probe into strategies of protection and development of traditional village groups

近年来,传统村落的保护和发展得到了国家和社会各界的重视,相关的实践和理论研究发展迅速.有些传统村落采取了整体或连片的保护措施,但没有传统村落群的概念.而传统村落群的广泛存在是被普遍认可的,其文化价值也逐渐被重视.阐述了传统村落群的概念,分析了传统村落群的发展现状,即群内各村落发展不平衡,旅游同质化开发现象严重,重旅游轻保护,文化价值逐渐得到肯定.在此基础上,从四方面提出了传统村落群的保护发展策略:寻根求源,以文化驱动生产;保护先行,构建多层次保护体系;评估潜力,构建协同发展体系;学习经验,开展传统村落群社区建设.以期为传统村落群的保护发展开拓思路.

In recent years,the protection and development of traditional villages have attracted the attention of all circles,and the relevant practice and theoretical researches have developed rapidly.Some traditional villages have adopted holistic and contiguous protection measures,but the concept of traditional village groups remains to be introduced.The widespread existence of traditional village groups is generally recognized,and its cultural significance is gradually being valued.The paper expounds the concept and analyzes current situation of traditional village groups,that is,the unbalanced development of the villages,severe homogeneity of tourism development,tourism being poorly protected,gradual affirmation of cultural value.On this basis,the protection and development strategies of traditional village groups are proposed in four aspects:seeking the root and source for culture-driven production;adopting protection first principle to construct a multi-level protection system;evaluating the potentials and constructing a collaborative development system;and following advanced practices to construct communities of traditional village groups.The paper aims to broaden our mind in the protection and development of the traditional village groups.
