摘要 通过分析超高层建筑机电设计和施工的现状,指出了存在的难点.为了解决超高层建筑机电管线综合设计的问题,提出了基于BIM技术的超高层建筑机电设计与施工管理方法.以天津周大福金融中心超高层项目为例,阐述了BIM技术在机电设计与施工中的应用过程,为超高层建筑机电工程中BIM技术的实施提供了参考. The existing difficulties in the mechanical and electrical design and construction of super high-rise buildings are pointed out through analyzing the current situation.In order to solve the problem of comprehensive design of mechanical and electrical pipelines in super high-rise buildings,a method of mechanical and electrical design and construction management of super high-rise buildings is proposed based on BIM technology.Taking the project of Tianjin CTF Financial Center as an example,the application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical design and construction is expounded,which provides a reference for the implementation of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical engineering of super high-rise buildings.
