Wnt-5a在疾病中的作用与信号通路研究进展

摘要 Wnt-5a为Wnts家族中的一员,其不仅通过Wnt通路在生长发育中发挥不可或缺的生理作用,参与多种病理过程。Want-5a可促肺纤维化,促肝纤维化,抑制肾纤维化,在机体促炎、抗炎及免疫应答中起一定作用;另外还与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文将从纤维化、炎症、肿瘤等病理过程对Wnt-5a作用进行综述。 Wnt-5a,a member of Wnts family,not only play important roles in growth and development via Wnt signal pathway,but also participate various pathological progresses.Wnt-5a can promote pulmanary fibrosis,promote liver fibrosis,inhibit renal fibrosis and play an imprtant role in pro-inflammatory,anti-inflammatory an immune response.This review summary Wnt-5a functions in serious pathologies such as cancer,fibrosis and inflammation.
