Discussion on Nontraumatic Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head from “Phlegm”

现代医学对非创伤性股骨头坏死的机制迄今尚未明确,治疗亦无有效措施。中医基于辨体辨证认识其病机及治疗策略具有重要的研究探索价值。本文以中医“痰”理论为切入点,结合非创伤性股骨头坏死的相关机制,认为其坏死与中医“痰”邪密切相关,且“痰”为其致病的高危因素之一。

The mechanism of modern medicine for nontraumatic osteo necrosis of femoral head has not yet been defined and there is no effective treatment.Based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,TCM has important research and exploration value in understanding its pathogenesis and treatment strategy.Starting from the theory of“phlegm”in TCM,combined with the related mechanism of nontraumatic osteo necrosis of femoral head,this article believed that the necrosis is closely related to the TCM“phlegm”,and“phlegm”is one of the high-risk factors for its pathogenicity.
