基于CNKI的冬凌草甲素研究文献计量学分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析冬凌草甲素研究现状,为冬凌草甲素开发应用提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)收录的建库至2017年12月冬凌草甲素研究文献。采用SATI3.2及Ucinet对发表时间、作者、期刊、研究机构、基金资助、被引情况和研究内容等进行统计分析,并采用Netdraw进行可视化展示。结果纳入文献379篇,近10年发文较多;涉及作者1145位,合作度3.02、合著率97.1%,尚未形成稳定的核心作者群;“核心区”期刊20种;发文量超过10篇的机构5所,其中郑州大学发文最多(18篇);受资助发文率52.1%,国家级基金资助较多;高被引文献、文献学科分布、高频关键词和研究主题中,抗肿瘤研究均为热点。结论冬凌草甲素研究日趋增长,其抗肿瘤活性为研究热点,研究水平较高,研究核心基本形成,但多偏基础研究,尚未很好应用于临床,适宜药物载体的发现对冬凌草甲素抗肿瘤药效的发挥至关重要。 Objective To analyze the research status of oridonin in China;To provide references for the development and application of oridonin.Methods Articles about oridonin were retrieved from CNKI since the building to December 2017.Statistical analysis of publication time,authors,journals,research institutions,fund grants,citations,and research content was conducted using SATI 3.2 and Ucinet,and Netdraw was used for visual display.Results Totally 379 articles were included,and more papers were published in the past 10 years.1145 authors were involved,with cooperation degree 3.02 and cohesion rate 97.1%,which has not formed a stable core author group;there were 20“core area”journals;there were 5 institutions with more than 10 articles,of which Zhengzhou University issued the most(18);the funded publication rate was 52.1%,and the state-level funding was more;anti-tumor research were hot spots in the high-cited literature,the distribution of literature subjects,high-frequency keywords and research topics.Conclusion The research on oridonin is increasing,and its anti-tumor activity is a research hot spot.The research level is high,and the research core is basically formed.However,the research on oridonin is mostly based on the basic research,and it has not been applied to the clinic very well.The discovery of suitable drug carriers is crucial for the antitumor efficacy of oridonin.
