徐州市中医院辅助用药中中药注射剂使用医嘱分析

Analysis on Medical Advice on Auxiliary Medication of TCM Injections in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的了解徐州市中医院(以下简称“我院”)辅助用药中的中药注射剂使用情况,分析其医嘱的合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法根据所监控的辅助用药中的中药注射剂目录,随机抽取我院2017年4月-2018年4月出院患者使用上述药物的病历,对其使用情况及其合理性进行评价与分析。结果在5220份病历中,不合理使用中药注射剂的有960份,不合理使用率为18.39%;其中超适应证用药最多,为340份(35.42%),其次是溶媒不当和重复用药各180份(18.75%)。结论医嘱点评显示我院辅助用药中中药注射剂的使用存在超适应证用药现象较为严重,其次为溶媒不当、重复用药等,建议加强辅助用药中中药注射剂的临床应用管理,以促进中药注射剂临床合理应用。

Objective To investigate the auxiliary medication of TCM injections in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”);To analyze the rationality of medical advice;To provide references for rational medication.Methods According to the catalogue of TCM injections in auxiliary medication monitored by our hospital,the medical records of the use of the above medicine from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected to evaluate and analyze the use and rationality of the medical records.Results Among the 5220 cases,960 were irrational use of TCM injections,and the rate was 18.39%.Among them,over adaptation took the lead,totally 340 cases(35.42%);followed by misuse of solvent and repeated medication,each 180 cases(18.75%).Conclusion The medical advice review shows that auxiliary medication of TCM injections in over adaptation is very serious,followed by the phenomenon of improper solvent,repeated medication and so on.It is necessary to strengthen the management in clinical application of the auxiliary medication of TCM injections,so as to promote the rational use of the TCM injections in clinic.
