摘要
针对沌口长江公路大桥重载交通量巨大以及极热的气温条件,在了解铺装材料特性及适用性的基础上,提出了聚合物复合改性沥青GAG10与高弹改性沥青SMAG10结合的铺装结构方案,并进行试验段铺装;对铺装结构的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、疲劳性能及其他性能进行了综合研究,同时与其他铺装结构的路用性能进行对比.结果表明,试验段铺装结构具有优异的路用性能,能够满足沌口长江公路大桥钢桥面铺装的要求,这为该主桥钢桥面铺装提供了技术保证.
In view of the heavy traffic volume and extremely hot temperature conditions of the Zhuankou Yangtze River Highway Bridge,based on the understanding of the characteristics and applicability of the pavement materials,a paving structure scheme of combining the polymer composite modified asphalt GA-10 and the high elastic modified asphalt SMA-10 was proposed,and a test section was carried out.The high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,fatigue performance and other properties of the pavement structure were comprehensively studied,and compared with the performance of other pavement structures.The results show that the pavement structure of the test section has excellent pavement performance and can meet the requirements of steel bridge deck pavement of the Zhuankou Yangtze River Highway Bridge,which provides technical guarantee for the bridge deck pavement of the main bridge.
