Craftsmen come from labor and grow up as technician,but are different from labor and technician.In a narrow sense,the true craftsman spirit is the passion and dedication in professional attitude,the persistent and dedicated spirit and the spirit of keeping improving in professional activities,the spirit of exploration and innovation and the spirit of striving for perfection in professional development.Broadly speaking,the craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit which is to perform duties carefully,study enthusiastically,create diligently and strive for improvement attentively.In today's China,it is necessary to actively cultivate and vigorously carry forward the spirit of craftsmen in the new era,so as to meet the development needs of all walks of life.
