六十年来湖南汉语方言资源的应用与开发述评

The Review on Application and Development of Chinese Dialect in Hunan during the Sixty Years

文章综述了湖南方言资源自推普起60余年来在应用研究和开发利用上所取得的一些成就以及存在的问题和不足,指出方言资源是非物质文化资源的重要组成部分,湖南方言资源的保护、传承、开发亟待重视和加强。通过借助中国语言资源保护工程和湖南方言响应计划等平台,宣传语言资源观,拓展方言应用于语言教育的空间,开展方言语音识别技术的研究和应用,发挥方言在建设地域文化中的作用,全面提升湖南省语言资源保护与利用水平。

The paper summarized the achievements and problems in the application research and utilization development of the Hunan dialects resources during the 60 years since the popularizing of Mandarin.Dialect resource is an important part of the intangible cultural resources.We must pay urgent attention to strengthen the protection,inheritance and the development of Hunan dialect resources.Through the platform of Hunan dialect protection which is one part of the Chinese Dialect Resources Protection project,we preach the view of language resources,and expand the using space of dialect in language education,at the same time we do the application researches on the technology of dialect speech recognition.The purpose is to play a role in the construction of regional dialect culture and to enhance the level of protection and Utilization on language resources in Hunan province.
