女性不孕症病人病耻感及其影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on stigma and its influencing factors among female patients with infertility

[目的]调查女性不孕症病人病耻感现状,分析其影响因素。[方法]2018年2月—2018年5月采用便利抽样的方法选取浙江省3所医院320例门诊就诊的女性不孕症病人为研究对象,使用一般资料调查问卷、不孕症病耻感量表家庭关怀度量表和压力感受量表,对其进行调查。[结果]女性不孕症病人病耻感得分为(55.32±20.44)分。多元回归分析显示:家庭关怀度、压力感受、备孕时间、家庭收入是女性不孕症病人病耻感的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭关怀度低、压力感受大、备孕时间长、家庭收入低的不孕症病人病耻感得分较高,医护人员应给予病人有针对性的措施。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of stigma in female infertility patients and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:From February 2018 to May 2018,a total of 320 infertility patients in outpatient clinics of 3 hospitals in Zhejiang province were selected as research objects by means of convenient sampling.Female infertility patients were surveyed through the General Information Questionnaire,the Infertility Stigma Scale,the Family Care Scale and the Perceived Stress Scale.Results:The stigma score of female patients with infertility was(55.32±20.44).Multiple regression analysis showed that the degree of family care,perceived stress,pregnancy time and family income were main factors affecting the stigma of the women with infertility(P<0.05).Conclusions:Infertile patients with low family care,high pressure,long duration of pregnancy and low family income had higher stigmas.Medical staff should give patients targeted measures.
