摘要
对团体辅导在改善大学生社会支持状况的可行性及有效性进行研究,并探索大学生社会支持的改善对其主观幸福感的影响。按照入组条件甄选出24名大学生,分成同质的两组,其中实验组12人,对照组12人;实验组接受8次以改善社会支持为主题的团体心理辅导,为期2个月,团体辅导结束3个月后对实验组成员进行追踪评估。采用社会支持评定量表,领悟社会支持评定量表及主观幸福感评定量表进行干预前后及追踪评估。结果表明:以改善社会支持为主题的团体辅导有效地改善了团体成员的社会支持状况,主观幸福感也得到了显著提升。
This paper triestostudy the feasibility and effectiveness of group counseling in improving college students'social support,and to explore the influence of improving college students'social support on their subjective sense ofhappiness.Twenty-four college students were selected according to the conditions of enrollment and divided into 2 homogeneous groups,including 12 in the experimental group and 12 in the control group.The experimental group received 8 group psychological counseling with the theme of improving social support for a period of 2 months.The members of the experimental group were followed up and evaluated 3 months after the end of group counseling.Social support rating scale was used to comprehend social support rating scale and rating scale for subjectivesense ofhappiness were used to evaluate before and after intervention and follow-up.The results show that group counseling with the theme of improving social support effectively improves the social support status of group members,and subjective sense ofhappiness has also been significantly improved.
