右佐匹克隆片联合认知行为疗法干预老年睡眠障碍的效果观察 被引量:2

Effects of Dzeopiclone Tablets Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Sleep Disorders in Elderly Patients

摘要 目的:探讨采用右佐匹克隆片联合认知行为疗法干预老年患者睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2018的2月哈尔滨市第一医院收治的老年睡眠障碍患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用右佐匹克隆片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施个性化认知行为疗法干预,比较2组患者干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组患者干预后的PSQI评分为(4.26±1.34)分,低于对照组的(7.48±2.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右佐匹克隆片联合认知行为疗法可有效改善老年患者睡眠障碍,提升其睡眠质量。 Objective:To explore the effects of Dzeopiclone tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy intervention on sleep disorders in elderly patients.Methods:Forty elderly patients with sleep disorders were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with dzeopicron tablets,and the observation group was treated with personalized cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score before and after the intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was(4.26±1.34),lower than that of the control group(7.48±2.62),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dzeopiclone tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively improve sleep disorders and improve sleep quality in elderly patients.
