综合疗法在失眠症中的应用价值分析

Value Analysis of Comprehensive Therapy in Insomnia

目的:研究探讨综合疗法在失眠症中的应用价值。方法:选择失眠症患者100例,利用抽签的形式,对100例入选患者进行分组,分为观察组和对照组各有50例。2组都常规应用佐匹克隆片,观察组同时加用综合疗法。分析比较2组的治疗效果。结果:经综合疗法治疗,观察组中达到显效标准的患者有20例,达到有效标准的患者有25例,总有效率90%;对照组中达到显效标准的患者和有效标准的患者依次有12例,22例,总有效率为68%。比较后发现,观察组治疗的总有效率明显比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规佐匹克隆片治疗失眠症的基础上,对患者辅以综合治疗,可促进其病情的缓解,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the value of comprehensive therapy in Insomnia.Methods:One hundred patients with Insomnia were selected and divided into comprehensive group and conventional group with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely treated with Zopiclone tablets,while the comprehensive group was treated with comprehensive therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After comprehensive treatment,20 patients reached the markedly effective standard,25 patients reached the effective standard,the total effective rate was 90%in the comprehensive group.In the regular group,there were 12 patients and 22 patients who met the markedly effective and effective criteria respectively.The total effective rate was 68%.After comparison,it was found that the total effective rate of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine Zopiclone tablets,treatment for Insomnia,the patients can be treated with comprehensive treatment to promote the remission of their condition and improve the quality of sleep.
